Ordering
You must be 18 years of age to order from this website or, if not, have the permission of your parent or guardian to do so then you are welcome to place orders through this secure site.
You must be authorized to bear the financial responsibility of booking a photo session or placing an order through this website.
Online Security
In order to protect your card information, all online financial transactions are conducted via my secure online processing partners Stripe or PayPal. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Ordering on the Web
When you proceed at the end of the online order process, you are confirming your order. You will then be sent an acknowledgement giving a payment reference, an order number (which you should keep for your records) and the amount that has been charged to your credit or debit card, or Paypal account. This Order Acknowledgement is not an Order Acceptance from me. The acceptance of your order takes place once I confirm your portrait session for the goods you have ordered, unless I let you know of any changes or you let me know that you wish to cancel it. Your order is accepted at my discretion.
Please check carefully that the billing details and shipping details you have supplied are correct, since I am unable to offer refunds due to an error on your part.
Pricing
The prices indicated for each product are inclusive of Oregon 0% sales tax, but exclusive of any data charges. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at my published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Session time
I confirm 95% of orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If your order confirmation is delayed in any way I will let you know within one working day of receiving it.
Payment
I accept payment by any major credit or debit card (except Diners Club). All credit/debit card transactions will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. I also accept payment by Paypal.

I am committed to protecting your privacy. You will not receive unsolicited mail from other companies as a result of dealing with me. Please see my Privacy Policy for more information.
Returns and Refunds
We are sure that you’ll be happy with your purchase but it’s important that you know how I deal with refund requests. If you are not happy with something, please let me know immediately. If you are not 100% happy with your senior portrait I will retake your portrait until you are 100% satisfied. I want you to be happy. I do not provide refunds once your portrait/photo session has started.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order before the portrait session has started, I will refund you in full. I require a minimum of 48 hours notice, otherwise a $50 cancellation fee applies.
Integrity of Website Information
I take all reasonable care to ensure that all information on the website regarding details, descriptions and pricing is correct. I aim to keep the website up to date, but it is possible that some of the product details will be subject to change. Should this occur, I will notify you when I receive your order.

You, as a customer, agree that the use of this website is entirely at your own risk. Services and products are provided ‘as is’, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the service.
